   Self-Management Education programs are FREE workshops to help individuals with health conditions:

  • Better manage their health
  • Lead a fuller life

   Kansas Self-Management Education (KSME) currently offers three self-management education programs

   The evidence-based programs are highly interactive small-group workshops where participants:

  • Skills and techniques to better control and manage symptoms
  • The impact of their condition(s) in their lives

Connect

  • With other individuals with health conditions and caregivers in a supportive and learning environment
  • Ideas, tools and concepts to help manage their health, lives and conditions
